Refunds, Credits and Cancellations
Some Services are provided at no cost to the Subscriber and no refund or claim of any kind can be made as the free services are offered "AS IS" with no guarantee of any kind. The Mail Relay Services are based on a annual fee debited at time of subscription from the Subscriber´s account. Subscribers to the service are entitled to a full refund of their payment if the cancellation is made within two (2) weeks after the date of subscription and if (and only if) the service was NOT used (no tracking records of mail sent through SMTPAnywhere´s smtp servers). If the Subscriber wish to cancel the service within the first two weeks (but used the service), or after the two (2) weeks and before six (6) months of service, the credit will be calculated based of the number of months the service was used with a minimum charge of three (3) months. SMTPAnywhere does not issue credits or refunds in the event of a change in services requested or cancellations after six (6) months of service from the date of subscription. The cost to track and issue credits or refunds would be relatively high and the benefit would be relatively low considering the comparatively low daily fees. All cancellation request must be made by email and sent to sales@smtpanywhere.net, AND the email must be sent from the email address the Subscriber used during the subscription process.
Automatic renewal (if applied). These agreements will automatically renew at the annual service price unless Subscriber cancels the account on the Site or sends written notice that he or she does not want it to renew. The Customer may cancel the automatic renewal at any time by e-mailing sales@smtpanywhere.net. |
